Ch Copley Wincrest Can't Hurry Love "Dash"
|
"Dasher"
was Zoro and Mandy's first born puppy, first Champion, and what
a
beauty he is! Both Robin and I fell in love with him at first
sight. When
I went out to pick out my puppy from the litter, I knew it would
be either
Dasher or Mollie Marie that would come home with me, depending
on who Robin
kept. Robin kept Dasher, but he came back out to Indiana to
show. What a
love Dasher is! So sweet and so cute and he was the favored
one in my
household to my friend Tim for Dasher just adored Tim and vice
versa. With
the help of Nickie Manifold, Robin Tomasi and myself, Dasher
finished his
championship with 3 majors, one a specialty major and he was
Best of
Opposite Sex in the Central Futurity and won 2 Best of Opposite
Sex in
Sweeps wins. Dasher loved to sit in chairs and was a riot to
watch. He
also liked to catch lightning bugs and snow flakes and Tim and
laughed
ourselves silly when he saw his first snowfall and was jumping
in the air
after every flake! Dasher now lives in Carmel Indiana and owns
the Hicks
family! I miss my Dasher Doodle, but I know that he is very
happy being an
only dog and jogging everyday. Dasher is a very special boy
and we all know
that and know how fortunate we each are that he could touch
our lives. |

Ch
Sanbar's Curtain Call, JH "Jonnie"
|
Jonnie started his show career with me. I put all but his last
point on him. I handled him to multiple group placements and a
Group 1 and two National AOM. He was ranked #10 in 2002 with my
handling. Jonnie is a true showman and has a high opinion of himself.
He went to California in Dec 2002 to further pursue his career
under the handling of Adam Wilkerson. He was the #1 Brittany 2003-2005.
I was very proud of Jonnie's wins with me on his lead. Jonnie
did not win because I was his handler, he won because he is a
spectacular dog. I miss JonJon and he was a joy to live with.
Thank you to Polly West for allowing me to show him and enjoy
him. |

Ch Timbercrest Jesse's Page "Page" |
I fell in love with Page when I saw her at 6 mos old with her
owner, Tracy. Page is Tracy's first show dog. I was very fortunate
that Tracy shared Page with me and allowed me to enjoy showing
and living with her. She was a joy and a very special Ch to finish
for me. |

Ch Bratpatch Beck N'Call JH TD "Becka" |
Becka was owned by the late Peg Robison. When Peg learned she
had
cancer and was going to have to have treatment, she asked me if
I could keep
Becka for her. I agreed to keep Becka until Peg could take her
back and I
offered to pay her entries and show her. Becka finished with a
5pt and a
4pt major and Peg was there to see her finish. Peg was able to
take Becka
back for 2 months and love her, until she relapsed and passed
away. Becka
now lives in California with a lovely lady by the name of Linda
McGlothlin
and is working on obedience and tracking. It meant alot to me
to be able to
help Peg by showing Becka and I know I made Peg's dream of Becka
being a
champion come true. Becka loved to show and I know she will enjoy
the
activities that her new "Mom" has planned for her. |

Ch Wincrest One Man Band CGC JH "Maestro"
|
Maestro
is out of Miles and Mellie and is Mandy's brother. Owned by
Mike and Emily Fuzette. Emily put the single points on Maestro
and graciously allowed me to put his majors on him. He finished
at the Buckeye specialty in 2002. Emily trained him for shows
and did such a good job, it was a joy to show such a well trained
dog and it was special for me to finish another of Mellie's
puppies. |

CH Ven Sanbar Call Me Little Jewel "Jewel" |
Jewel
is owned by Eddie and Vickie Manifold and was jointly handled
to her championship by Nicke Manifold, Mark Redlick and Barbara
Scott. Jewel lives up to her name for she is a true "jewel"!
I thank the Manifolds for allowing me to have the pleasure of
putting on Jewel's majors and final point on her. Jewel is a
very special dog to me as well as the Manifolds and Mark. |
